The process of manufacturing of cutting tools (Diamond Material) involves heating of diamond segments. In order to minimize heat losses, Thermal Separator is used between graphite pack containing diamond segments & Metallic frame.
Thermocem-550 exhibits good performance as thermal separator. It can be used to substitute Zircar material (RSLE-57 Grade).
Thermocem-550 has got low thermal conductivity
(0.23 Watt/M °C) which helps in minimizing heat losses & thus high energy saving.
