“ONLINE FILTRATION SYSTEM & SPINNING LINES” of Polyester Filament Yarn (PFY) and POY plants require insulation to make their processes energy efficient & economical.
The process of "Online Filtration System" involves temperature more than 300 oC, so it is necessary to provide proper insulation on all outer surfaces of the machine, which can withstand this continuous high temperature & can exhibit good thermal insulation property. AGNI – 400 Boards can be used as insulation blocks as shown in above figure. These boards can also be used as insulation blocks for Spinning lines as shown in figure.
Due to High temperature withstanding capacity (400 oC) & very low density (950 Kg/m3), Agni-400 boards exhibit high thermal Insulation property & thereby make the overall process more economical & Energy efficient.
AGNI-400 board is used to substitute "PROMATECT" boards for this application.
